New Age Financial Invest LLC was founded in 2025 in partnership with New Age Financial, Inc. The company was initially established to specialize in used car financing, focusing on acquiring and servicing contracts secured by vehicle titles.

Building on that foundation, New Age Financial, Inc. had previously launched, in 2023, a new division dedicated to the acquisition and management of real estate-secured promissory notes, expanding its operations into the real estate investment and private lending sectors.
